In addition to selling our standard vinegar products, we also offer seasonal items and products undergoing test sales as part of a pilot program before they are released to the market. As a store directly operated by the manufacturer, we’re able to offer a wide variety of products—all of which, of course, are available for tasting.
MIKURA Vinegary’s signature soft-serve ice cream with red vinegar is a staple on our menu, available year-round. Unlike rich, milky soft-serve, it has a refreshing, tangy flavor similar to yogurt gelato. You can even add an extra splash of vinegar to this red vinegar soft-serve. You can also enjoy “Ajihen” (a flavor variation) by drizzling it with &vinegar (vinegar syrup). This is a must-try item on our menu that we highly recommend you try at least once when you visit MIKURA Vinegary.

We’re not just developing new vinegar seasonings—we’re also continuously creating new vinegar-based products. Our classic brown rice black vinegar-pickled umeboshi, brown rice black vinegar-pickled sardines, and brown rice black vinegar-infused ramune are all hugely popular.
